WHAT YOU’LL GET: 

• 9 Days of soul healing adventures, rest, creativity and cultural immersion in Bali, Indonesia (for the Soul Healing Adventure). 

•Accommodation in single rooms at top-rated hotels / resorts / villas: 

-Ubud:  (25 September – 30 September 2026). 

-Nusa Penida Island:  (30 September - 2 October 2026). 

-Pandawa Beach:  (2 - 3 October 2026). 

•Arrival and departure airport transfers (I Gusti Ngura Rai International Airport, Bali): 

-Arrival transfer on 25 September only. 

-Departure transfer on 3 October only. 

•Breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, except for the arrival and departure days.  

•Official activities listed on the itinerary, including: 

-Transport to and from all official activities. 

-Entry fees, where applicable. 

-Participation fees, where applicable. 

•Ferry to and from Nusa Penida from Sanur Harbour. 

•A goodie bag and survival kit for your adventure. 

PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE: 

Can’t pay the full amount up front?  No problem, we have a payment plan for you: 

DEPOSIT payable: 

SHA Bali (Single Accommodation): R11 111
SHA Bali (Sharing Accommodation): R19 999

Pay the balance in equal installments each month, with the last installment due 31 August 2026. 

For example: if you book for SHA Bali (single accommodation) at the rate of R55 555 in February 2026 and pay the deposit of R11 111, then you will pay the balance (R44 444) in equal installments of R7 407.33 per month, from end March to end August.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED: 

1. Air tickets to and from Bali International Airport. 

2. Visa application costs (US$35) – visas can be applied for on-line prior to arrival in Bali to avoid long queues at the airport. 

3. Travel insurance.  Proof of travel insurance and medical cover must be supplied to the organisers prior to your arrival in Bali. 

4. Tips and gratuities (at your own discretion). 

5. Optional extras (e.g. Instagram photos by a professional photographer, individual optional extra rituals, spa treatments, etc.). 

6. One-on-one resonance repatterning sessions with Jax The Heartist. 

7. One-on-one NLP & nervous system reset sessions with Caro Melnick. 

8. Arrival and departure airport transfers on days outside the official arrival and departure days (Arrival:  the day prior to Day 1, Departure:  the day after the final day). 

CANCELLATION TERMS: 

1. Cancellation must be received in writing to [email protected]  

2. All cancellations received before 25 June 2026 will receive a full refund. 

3. Any cancellations received between 25 June and 31 August 2026 will forfeit their initial deposit payment made.  Any additional funds received will be refunded. 

4. Any cancellations received after 31 August 2026 will be liable for the full amount.  No refund will be due and any outstanding funds will need to be settled.   

5. If we are able to sell your place to another participant who has not already registered, we may decide to allow you to use your cancellation fee as a deposit for our next Soul Healing Adventure.  This is at the discretion of the organisers and will be decided in response to a motivation letter submitted by the participant who has cancelled. 

6. Should a participant decide to leave the Soul Healing Adventure early, no refund will be paid as the suppliers would have been paid in full at this time.  In addition, the participant will be responsible for covering any ground and ferry transport needed to get to the airport for their early departure.
